U.S.C.S. Exhibits

The Universal Ship Cancellation Society will provide an award plaque for "The best naval/maritime exhibit" at an APS Champion of Champions stamp show with a prospective naval/maritime exhibit. Show chairman should contact the USCS Convention Coordinator, Bob Rawlins, at Treasurer@uscs.org thirty days in advance of the show to provide time for the award to be prepared, mailed, and received before the show. Jury chairman should be advised that there is no restriction as to recipient as long as the award is naval/maritime related.
